Kingdom Founders Table Launches to Support Christian Entrepreneurs on the Gold Coast

A new association, Kingdom Founders Table, has been established to support and connect Christian business leaders and entrepreneurs. The initiative aims to create a vibrant, welcoming community where faith and business intersect, providing a space for leaders to grow in wisdom, purpose, and impact.

Kingdom Founders Table is led by Shane St Reynolds, who also serves as a facilitator for the global Faith Driven Entrepreneur network. Faith Driven Entrepreneur is a movement dedicated to equipping and encouraging entrepreneurs to pursue their business calling with purpose, integrity, and a Kingdom mindset. Through his involvement, Shane brings valuable experience and resources to the local community, helping to lay a strong foundation for growth and collaboration.

The story behind Kingdom Founders Table began two years ago, when Shane, a former pastor, met with Sue Baynes, the Mayor’s Spiritual Director, to discuss ways to help the next generation of business leaders on the Gold Coast. Since then, Shane has trained at Oxford, studied Christian leadership, authored books on ethics and law, and embarked on a journey of seeking Christ for his next calling. Through prayer and discernment, the vision for Kingdom Founders Table emerged, and the group is now preparing to launch its first gatherings.

The first meetings are set to take place soon, with both in-person and hybrid formats to be trialed. Each session will feature inspiring speakers, practical teaching, and opportunities for authentic connection and discussion.

Kingdom Founders Table is committed to fostering a Christ-like atmosphere, where facilitators guide meaningful conversations, encourage open dialogue, and ensure every member feels seen and heard. The group values authenticity, connection, respect, and multiplication, aiming to create an environment where members can share their journeys, learn from one another, and be inspired to lead with integrity and purpose.

The group’s eight-week cycle will cover topics such as calling, stewardship, excellence, and the integration of faith and work. Meetings will include time for prayer, teaching, discussion, and reflection, with ongoing connection encouraged between sessions to strengthen relationships and support.

This local initiative is part of a much larger global movement. According to Faith Driven Entrepreneur, there are 582 million entrepreneurs worldwide, with an estimated 180 million identifying as Christ-following entrepreneurs. However, only about 0.3% of these entrepreneurs are currently served by Christian CEO organizations, leaving 99.7% without a dedicated community or resources.

Faith Driven Entrepreneur, co-founded by Henry Kaestner and Justin Forman, is a non-profit ministry operating across six continents, sixteen states, and in partnership with over 2,399 volunteers in more than 140 countries. The movement seeks to address this gap, affirming that every entrepreneur is an image bearer of the original Entrepreneur—God.

As Kingdom Founders Table prepares to launch, prayers continue for the initiative, and all who will be impacted by this new community. Further details about the launch event, speakers, and participation will be announced soon.
