On this day, we commemorate the presentation of Jesus in the temple, where Simeon recognized Him as the light of the world. Just as candles are lit to dispel darkness, Jesus came to bring light and hope into our lives. Let us reflect on the significance of this event and how we can allow Christ to shine through us in our daily lives.
