About The Venerable Tiffany Sparks
The Venerable Tiffany Sparks currently serves as the Diocesan Archdeacon and Ministry Development Officer in the Anglican Diocese of Grafton — a position she has held since June 2019. In this senior role, she works closely with the Bishop and diocesan leadership to shape and support ministry across the NSW North Coast and Mid-North Coast. Her portfolio is broad: overseeing Vocations and Formation, chairing Presentation Panels, and facilitating training for clergy and laity.
Known for her energetic and forward-thinking leadership, Tiffany has been described as approachable and passionate. Her ministry is marked by a commitment to safe ministry, inclusivity, and fostering a culture of wellbeing.

A lifelong Anglican, Tiffany became a mother at a young age, which profoundly shaped her commitment to an inclusive Church. She studied Social Sciences and Theology at The Australian Catholic University, completing an Honours Thesis in Pauline literature. Tiffany also worked as a tutor and chaplain, nurturing a deep love of Scripture and theology.

After ordination in 2011, Tiffany served in parish ministry in Brisbane, notably as Rector of St Paul’s Anglican Church, Ithaca Ashgrove. She developed creative ministry initiatives, including the online Lenten campaign Repent4Lent and pioneering Bitcoin donations in Australian churches.
