In this stillness, we are reminded of Jesus' words: 'God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.' This invitation beckons us to pause and transition from the chaos of our day into a sacred space of connection. It is in these quiet hours that we can release the burdens we've carried and align our hearts with the divine, embracing the truth that God is present in every moment, both mundane and extraordinary.

Take a moment now for a personal 'Moment of Examen.' Reflect on your day and search for the presence of God in your experiences. Where did you feel His Spirit guiding you? In the laughter of a friend, the kindness of a stranger, or perhaps in the challenges that tested your strength? Acknowledge these moments, for they are the divine whispers urging you to worship in truth. Allow gratitude to fill your heart as you recognize the ways God has worked in and through you today, drawing you closer to Him with every breath.
