Morning Prayer for spiritual connection.

"While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body.""
— Matthew 26:26As we start our day, let us remember the act of gratitude and love shown by Jesus when he broke bread and gave it to his disciples. Let us be thankful for all the blessings in our lives and the nourishment of our bodies and souls.
"Dear Lord, thank you for the gift of life and for providing us with nourishment for our bodies. Help us to always remember your sacrifice and to approach each day with gratitude and love. Amen."
