As we start this day, let us remember that we are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of his household. We are built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.

"Heavenly Father, thank you for making us part of your family and giving us a firm foundation in Christ. Help us to live as citizens of your kingdom and to always remember our identity in you. May we be a light to the world and may your love shine through us. Amen."
