Mindfulness Meditation: Experiencing joy (7 minutes)
In the practice of mindfulness meditation, we open our hearts to the presence of God's joy that surrounds us, allowing us to fully embrace the moment. As we focus on our breath and intentionally quiet our minds, we are reminded of the peace that comes from surrendering our worries to Him. In this sacred space, we can find the beauty of His creation and be filled with gratitude for His continuous blessings. "This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." Psalm 118:24.
