Morning Prayer: Seeking Forgiveness and Grace

"And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins."

As we begin this new day, let us reflect on the importance of forgiveness. Remembering the words of Mark 11:25, we recognize that holding onto grievances can hinder our connection with God and others. Today, we open our hearts to forgive those who have wronged us, just as we seek forgiveness for our own shortcomings.

The Daily Prayer

"Heavenly Father, as I stand in Your presence this morning, I come with a heart yearning for peace. Help me to release any grudges I may be holding against others. Grant me the strength and grace to forgive, so that I may be forgiven in return. Fill me with Your love, so that my heart may be open to healing and reconciliation. Amen."
