Morning Self-Reflection on Judgement

FEBRUARY 12, 2026

"You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things."

— Romans 2:1

Dear God, as I begin this day, I reflect on the words of Romans 2:1. Help me to remember that passing judgment on others is a reflection of my own shortcomings. Let me approach others with empathy and understanding, acknowledging that we are all imperfect beings striving for grace.

The Daily Prayer

"Lord, grant me the wisdom to see beyond my own judgments. Help me to cultivate a spirit of compassion and humility, recognizing my own faults before addressing those of others. May I be an instrument of Your love, encouraging rather than condemning, and fostering a spirit of kindness in all my interactions today."

🙏 Today, commit to pause before passing judgment. Reflect on your own actions and guide your responses with grace and understanding. Seek opportunities to uplift those around you.
